Refund and Returns Policy Overview
Due to the custom nature of the items, we do accept cancellation and returns for all our items. This is however in exception of defective items. As you understand, customization and printing start immediately and automatically after your order, cancellation would mean loss of materials.
Ensure you double check the size and color before you confirm the order. A size and color chart is available to assist you make the right selection.
In the event of defective items we may request you to send a photo or video of the item to help us ascertain the defect. Our support team will work with you for further verification. We offer replacement once the defect is confirmed.
Wins Closet LLC reserves the right to refuse a return or replacement if the verification of defect does not meet defect threshold.
Note that defective item must be returned within 10 days from date of shipping.
Discounted items cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged.
