General Shipping Policy
- Our printing services are USA based and thus shipping within USA is hassle-free and quick.
- Standard shipping takes between 2 – 6 days for Standard apparels.
- Embroidery, Mugs, Tote Bags and Custom hand-made products may take around 5-10 business days.
- For Canada Australia and the Rest of the Word it could take 10 -30 days.
- Shipping Cost will be shown at the checkout page depending on shipping location that you fill and the method you choose.
- USA addresses using USPS shipping provider will receive tracking information.
- Our shipping partners include USPS, Asendia, DHL and UPS.
Further information:
- Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.
- We cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
- Some countries may require import tax, duties and customs fees for the imports. This may cause further delay. These charges, if applicable to your country, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying them is your responsibility. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
- In case the tracking number indicate package delivered yet you have not received it, kindly check with your postal office, they sometimes hold the package.
- Please double check your shipping address at the checkout page. We are not responsible for packages sent to wrongly indicated address.
